Refund Policy
If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Elite Body, it will be replaced at no extra charge or otherwise a full refund will be given.
If you receive a product that you are unsatisfied with or incorrectly ordered, contact us via email within 48 hours. If we refund your money it will be at our discretion and it will be your responsibility to mail and cover the cost of mailing the item back to our PO Box in its original undamaged, unopened condition.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
